Foster Foshee, son-in-law of Frank Whelchel of Byron, died in Chicago on Tuesday. Details of his death have not been received here. Mr. Foshee was traveling for an insurance firm. Mrs. Foshee, who was Miss Lael Whelchel is at the home of her parents. They have been living in Fairmount and have one child. – kbz
